when viewing the Custom Fields tile in the Web View, and expanding to display the addition fields, the Date of many Custom Fields is displayed wrong.

For example, if I add a Custom Field with a Date of 12/04/2024, and Save, the Date is displayed as 04/12/2024

If I then edit the Date to be 13/04/2024 (so going beyond the 12-month logic), the Date displays correctly as 13/04/2024

The impact is that his mixture of display logic is quite confusing when viewing Constituent Custom Fields

(We are in the UK. Our Regional Settings are correct, and all other Date fields appear to be displaying correctly)
