Date format in Email NXT

When trying to insert a date on the new email via NXT it defalts to the American setting of the month/day /year I have checked all my seetings and Chat support have said this formatt cannot be reformatted to the UK.

  • Please can we have the date to be formated in UK option of Day/Month and Year please

      The date format in email NXT and event confirmations should default to sender format (i.e. UK) and not the format of the recipient.
