NCOA updates have a Move Date and an indicator of what type of move it is (Family, Individual, or Organization). These should be added to the records as an Address Attribute, at least. The Move Date could even be substituted for the Start Date (though other users might have different opinions about that happening automatically, so should involve some discussion).
