A constituent of ours gave us a new address and an effective date in the future for a house they planned to move into. I added the address to his record with a "Valid From" date, and added a "Valid To" date to his old address. On the effective date of his new location, I checked the record to see if RENXT had updated his new address to the "Primary" or Preferred address. It did not.

Although the new address is now displayed on his record and the old address is hidden in web view, it would be helpful if the database would update the new address to the Primary for mailing and query purposes.
