Allow an email to be marked as inactive or archived without having to add a new email.

Sometimes emails bounce or out of office messages inform you that a constituent has left an organisation. When updating the email address as inactive or do not mail, I am required to provide a current email address, which I do not always have, in order to save the changes. Please do not make a new email address a requirement and allow me to mark an email as archived or inactive and save.
