This is a commonly discussed issue across BB forums - we need to place the cash received on the individual / organisation that paid us the money, however we need to apply this money as realised revenue against a planned gift. As the person with the planned gift is deceased, they are never the ones sending the money. Therefore, not being able to link a gift from another record to a planned gift is completely nonsensical!!
