I spend over an hour each month manually attaching tributes to recurring gifts. Since the tributes are linked to the recurring gift there should be a easier and faster way to apply the recurring gift payment to the tribute.

I really hope this gets rectified quickly. I have over 500 monthly donations that are processing through NXT and not having the tributes process like they should be is becoming a make work project as we are having to manually go back and add the tributes each month. I would have never set them up in NXT for processing if I knew then that this wasn't functioning. I was told by the development team that it is functioning the way it should and should only be counting the original gift. Well that might be true for how some organizations process pledges but not for a recurring gift especially when each gift payment goes to a cumulative total for recognition purposes.

This is really unfortunate. The ability to notify a family of the gifts made in honor or memory of a loved one needs to be easy and accurate. This is why customers cannot adopt new functionality early while you are still iterating on a complete buildout.

Unfortunately we just identified this gap since previously with databaseview recurring gifts the tributes were automatically added to installments and it is causing some tributes to not be listed in our In Memory of stewardship lists which pull from gift record Tributes. Please correct this for recurring gifts processed automatically through webview!
