These notes are unnecessary as we can always open the Recurring Gift to see those notes. We want to reduce the number of gift notes we are creating as we were told that having more records will bog down the NXT system and reduce the speed of accessing the database.

This applies for standard (non-NXT) Raiser's Edge, and perhaps Financial Edge?
