We want to turn off the ability for a role to be able to add attachments.

Attachments in NXT only appear in NXT. When someone is in database view they cannot see these attachments. We cannot query to find how many attachments are in NXT and not database view. There is no solution to this.

So can we remove the ability for these users to add attachments.
