Allow access to all attachments (on Proposals, Actions, Constituent, etc.) in one place on the NXT constituent record.

Currently it is quite time consuming to determine where someone may have added an important attachment in NXT. They may have added it as an attachment to an Action - other uses need to look through many actions (one at a time), They may have added it as an attachment to the proposals. As a result, other users have to look there. The attachments tile on the constituent record in NXT does not currently show all attachments (unlike the media tab in the database view). If all attachments associated with the constituent could be viewed in one place in NXT, users just look there and be done. Additionally, this would prevent users from feeling like they have to add the attachment in multiple places - just to prevent the difficultly explained above, if other users need to find the attachment.

    These also need to be able to be saved as they are named in DB view and not just 'media'.

    We would much prefer to be able to attach proposals (pdfs) on the Media tab within Proposal on RE7. As each proposal has a unique application and will be repeated year-on-year we want the PDF to be linked to a specific proposal only

    Please implement this as it is causing a lot of issues for our Operations team. We need to be able to see media that is added in the media tab of database view in the attachments on web-view, even if when added that media is linked to a proposal.

    It is ridiculous that you have to scan actions, gifts, opportunities and anyplace else you might have an attachment rather than look at the tile called "Attachments". This is where I expect to see any attachment added for a constituent. It causes double work as an admin when gift officers send attachments multiple times because they cannot see it in NXT on the Attachments tile. They assume it is missing...but it is hiding in an exclusive spot.
