We have some actions that will not be completed and that we consider inactive or cancelled. We created statuses to indicate this, but they continue to show as open or past due because they haven't been marked as completed. We do not want to show as completed since the actions were not in fact completed, but we want to keep the cancelled or inactive for reference.
Agreed - we have a 'closed' entry that means the action has been addressed but not 'completed'. There needs to be a way for organisations to select which Action Status Codes can be considered 'completed' without being forced to use the status entry of 'Completed'.
As each organisation would have their own table entries, this needs to be customisable by the organisation and not dictated by Blackbaud.
