Wouldn't it be great to have an action status of Expired for those actions you added to RENXT but forgot to do and now time has passed and the action cannot be completed. Ex. sending a birthday card is time sensitive, its helpful to know the prospect manager intended to send the birthday card just as it is helpful to know the card wasn't sent and can't be sent.

While custom action status can be added in the database view, which is great, this field does not change the "Past Due" status displayed in NXT since the action isn't marked complete.

This is where Expired comes in and would be most helpful! Thanks!!
