Clarify "Completed" vs "Canceled" Actions

An action can be marked "complete" and gets a green check box with completed date, but does not clearly indicate if an action status is "canceled". It is confusing for gift officers to see which actions actually took place vs which are complete but did not take place without opening the action itself. Maybe canceled could get a red x or something?
