Include the "Completed" Checkbox and Completed Date as a filter in Action List

We are currently able to filter an Action List by Action Status, the organisation I am working with would also like the ability to filter the Action List by the "Completed" checkbox in the database view - as well as the Completed Date that is associated with it

    This would be great for gift officers, since they aren't likely to remember or care what the original action date was, but they will likely remember the day they completed the action.
