Add Actions and Action Type as filter within a Constituent list

This would really help us as we want to create a list by a specific Action Type but also need all of the fields available in a Constituent list: wealth ratings, last action, next action, etc.

This purpose could also be accomplished by providing the option to create a constituent list from an Action list (as you can do from a meeting registration list). Either one of these solutions would save me many trips into database view.
