Supervisors need to be able to focus on actions that are being done to prospects in certain statuses/stages, so a filter and column are needed for the Constituent Prospect Status.  (As a general point, this is really true more broadly for the need for Constituent fields and filters for Action Lists--we can't currently filter or display anything on an action list about the constituent.)
