We need to be able to mark Actions so they don't show up in the Work Center, but without deleting them or marking them "Complete".

We use the simple On/Off switch for Action completeness (either it's complete or not) because using the Action Status options was too complicated for our fundraisers.

However, we have a lot of Actions that were set up that will never be complete - perhaps because the original fundraiser has left the organization, or the donor simply will not answer the phone. We also use Actions to mark tasks and Moves Management steps, which may result in a forever-incomplete. We'd like to have an in between option that the data managers/prospect management team can use to remove those actions from the fundraisers' Work Centers, the way we can mark Opportunities as Inactive.
