Please provide the option to select consolidated receipt type in NXT so E-Receipts can be issued from Web view.

i see you can send mass receipt, one time gifts, in the receipting tab using a list. I do like that. But it would be fantastic if they allowed a list of all recurring sched. gifts last calendar year, then, like eTapestry, an option to select “one receipt per account”. Done. That doesn’t seem like it would be hard to configure.

This is a big problem with receipting in Web View. There's really no straightforward way to issue consolidated receipts to donors that want them.

• Web View won't do it (the "receipt type" option on constituent profiles has no presence in Web View).

• If we decide to keep consolidated receipting in database, we'd need to keep a separate list/query for those donors, extract the data and run the merge outside RE itself since we no longer have the option to merge with MS Word within the system

  • We'd also have to maintain at least one receipt stack for receipts we need to run in database

It's really hard to push processes to move to web view when features are released missing key components from the database - I honestly would rather BB wait a few months and release web view receipting with this and other features.

Merge with:

• Allow consolidated receipts in NXT

• Make 'Receipt Type' option available in RE NXT

• Add to field "Receipt type" a choice

What is the point of giving the donor the option of getting a consolidated receipt if your can not do so. My donors will not like this and will not understand if they choose this option why it can not be available
