Add to field "Receipt type" a choice

In RE on Bio 2/Org 2 we use the Receipt Type "Consolidated receipts", not "One receipt per gift", however, when entering a new record, I do not have this choice.

Bio2/Org2 Receipt Type is useful though would be more so if it allowed us to add other values, i.e., No receipt.

I don’t want that option added to webview. Webview is supposed to be better more modern and efficient solutions. Not remakes of outdated ways of managing things.
No database i’ve used previously had receipt type as a thing. Just “here’s what I want receipted” in a query, one rcpt per account or household, and that’s it.
