Need to be able to add the matching gift from an online donation in NXT like you can do in Database view
Currently if a donor makes an online donation in NXT and they state their company will match. There is no way to indicate this in the NXT batch. You have to go into database view to the constitutent's record and edit the gift.

so they are forcing you to purchase an additional add-in for something they originally provided. Small schools get less for more money.

OK. We support matching gifts through our partner Double the Donation today via their add-in, or you can use 2 custom fields to have the donor indicate a matching gift with an entry field for company and manually create the matching gift record based on company match. Blackbaud no longer updates/stores matching gift information from organizations, which is why we partner with Double the Donation who does store and update this info.

Marcia, how are you collecting the matching gift indicator - is this through a custom field or are you using the Double the Donation add-in?
