Add the ability to load default values on constituent records in NXT.
In database view you are able to create sets of default values to load into constituent records, i.e. addressees/salutations. This feature should be added in NXT for ease of adding data into constituent record fields.

This is a missing piece that a lot of database view fans are waiting for. It will reduce time, data entry errors, and help organizations adhere to their data standard policies. Default sets are also helpful for gift and action records, but constituent records are the greatest need.
This is imperative to save a ton of time. We shouldn't have to manually create new custom fields every time a new record is created. In fact, we shouldn't have to save the record first, THEN go to the record to add the custom fields. Everything needed to create a new record needs to be in the same place.
It takes me twice as long to add constituents in web view because I still need to go to database to finish adding the information into the fields not available in web view. I use default sets extensively when adding records through OLX.
