The "Primary Business Organization Name" and "Primary Business Position" in database view are two useful fields that we use to determine where our constituents work and what position our constituents have. This info has many uses from fundraising to event participation. It would make our list making more efficient if these two fields were added to NXT as columns that we could add in Constituent Lists in NXT. This would allow us to directly export these two fields from NXT to excel without having to go into database view.
Yes! Primary Employment" and "Position" are basics that should be included for many reasons. E.g. many board members receive communications at their place or work, and many of our individual constituents receive our communications at their place of work.
