When a new donor is created in web view the resulting record in database view does not have the Primary Salutation filled in, even though it is a mandatory field. This creates errors when receipting or generating mail lists.

We should be able to set a default of how the Primary Addressee and Salutations are added. (ie. select the ID number of the addressee format)

Preferably I would like to have additional Addressee/Salutations in the default as well, but let's get the Primary working first.
