The donor retention report is accurate if not filtering by fundraiser. But if a fundraiser was not assigned to a donor for the previous year's gifts, the report excludes those gifts (even though he gave to us in the previous year--just not through that fundraiser). This makes the retention report inaccurate for that fundraiser and not useful. See case 019321214 for details.
