The LYBUNT numbers and the First Time donor retention numbers include gifts that have been written off from the year prior. Please provide an option that either allows us to remove write offs from this section or automatically removes write offs. If a person pledged a gift last fiscal year and we wrote it off they are not a retention gift- they should be reflected under the recapture tab or the acquisition tab based on their giving previous giving history. Write offs should not count as gifts in this section in my opinion- or there should at least be an option to exclude/ add them.
