Allow for Team Captain solicitors in database view to see their team in NXT

We have some volunteer solicitors who have their own portfolios, but who work with a major gift officer who oversees their team.   This would give the team leaders the ability to look at the individual members of their team as well as their own portfolio as well as seeing the overall performance of the whole team.

    We would like to allow only specific portfolios to be viewed, ie. executive assistant to the fundraisers they support.

    I would like to add that it would be great to be able to limit access to others' portfolios by specific users, instead of just blanket access. That way Directors of different teams can limit the portfolios they see to just those officers on their own teams
