I believe the tagging system, although it is neat and can be useful, has the downside of the amount of information is pushes out. If a fundraiser has 200+ constituents in their profile, they get absolutely bombarded with tags, asking them to create an action for A, B, C, D... and so on.

This conceals the information that the fundraisers want or maybe need to see, such as a donor that has not been contacted in 90+ days.

If we could disable all but the "No Contact" tag, for example, this would significantly reduce the amount of constituents that appear on the "Needs Attention" page.

Some of the fundraisers I work with have just grown to ignore the tags, because they just don't want to sit there and sort through every constituent/tag to find an action they may or may not need to complete.
