I'd like to be able to tell Major Gift Officers to work their tags every time they sign in. But many tags come back after they've been dismissed or an action added. There's so many that often the more important one's get overlooked (Overdue Pledge, Recent Gift, Upcoming Birthday, Overdue Actions). Being able to edit/disable would be super helpful!
I like this and we would love to have the ability to have the option of having out of the box tags added or not. For instance, the Yellow hazard sign on deceased people is too jarring. So if we could have the option of not having it added to records when a person passes away, it would be great.
Agree, although this could get unwieldy if lots of people were adding their own versions of tags. This would need to be centrally managed and controlled tightly through security.
I definitely need this to happen for "upcoming birthday" tags! One of my job duties is to pull the next calendar month's birthdays for all my fundraisers and address/stamp envelopes for them by the final week of the previous month. Currently, the "upcoming birthday" tag only pulls birthdays within 14 days.
I would like this very much because the way they are set up now is misleading. For example, identification of people registered for events.
For some events, we add everyone as "invited" so that we can more quickly / easily process their RSVP. For exclusive, invite-only events, we also add people as "invited" in order to have that 'at a glance" RSVP reporting available in the event record.
However, the tag reads "registered for event" even though someone is merely invited. They have not responded and their registration status is "not registered". They simply should not be showing up as being registered for an event.

This would be helpful.

Can we consolidate this one w/ the others that are requesting the same thing?

I seriously need this.

Would potentially be useful to set a tag based on a particular Constit Code being newly added.

Yes. Every organization has unique needs. Let them determine how to use tags.

This would open up a world of goodness.

Yes! I agree that it would be nice to add, edit, or remove tags in NXT.
