Ability to Query on attachment tags
This would allow us to query on all donors with specific tagged attachments. Would have been very helpful in searching for donors with check copies who need to be notified because of the security breach.

I second that this would be very helpful. We note various media attachment types with tags, and need to pull queries using those.
