Ability to Add/Edit Tags in Constituent Records

It would be great to have the ability to add tags or edit tags in constituent records. We can use the Tag field to better sort data and track specific information for our constituents, such as, if they completed a survey or married an alumni, or is a 2nd generation to the school. You can not currently sort constituent lists by attributes so where can this data be stored and used properly?

    Thank you for your feedback. We've continued to invest in Intelligent Tags for all customers by expanding the standard tag catalog and increasing personalization options. We added new visibility controls, guidance, workflow integration, and action-oriented experiences to help fundraisers identify, prioritize, and act on opportunities.

    For organizations that need to extend Intelligent Tags to support unique fundraising strategies and workflows, we've added Custom Tags as a premium feature, part of Raiser's Edge NXT Complete.

    We're closing this idea at this time. We appreciate the feedback and will continue enhancing the Intelligent Tags experience for all customers.
