It would be very helpful to be able to edit the PDF's in the RE NXT Gift Receipting page. Or to even have the ability to print out the email receipt or have a draft copy of the email receipt.
We want to see a copy of the issue receipt. We would like to see a record of all issued receipts emailed from us through RE. The audit document is not showing us a copy of the actual receipt that was issued to our constituent.
We have the smallest logo, only 2 lines of thanking text, small signature, and STILL every receipt runs onto two pages, and only the signatory's title on page 2. It makes our receipt look fraudulent. It's bananas that we can't at least edit spacing or font size.
donors are starting to complain about this change of receiving 2 pages. One person pointed out it gets cluttery with extra paperwork for tax time. Second page may also get misplaced. It also doesn't look very good, professionally.
The recent changes make it difficult to set up receipt template and we definitely need the ability to create as many PDF templates as different letters need to be set up.
We need the ability to create additional PDF receipt templates. Not all of the payments that are processed online are "gifts" - we need to be able to reference "payments" for some transactions instead.

A few things could be edited to make the final product look better - location of the logo, organization's address, donor's name, message from organization, substitute fund codes for more digestible names, etc.
This is needed if we are going to be able to move receipting to web view. We need to add fields for Gift in Kind receipts to be compliant with CRA regulations. I want to be able to add different receipt files for different needs, not just one English receipt. Most of our donors are elderly and don't prefer or don't provide us with an email address.
I am glad this issue has been surfaced. Without the ability to create a new PDF receipt template (I can only find instructions for editing a PDF receipt template, and the Chat Support confirmed), we lack the ability to prepare and send hard copy receipts to donors without email addresses in our system. ------- I also want to support the comments related to the PDFs generated for email receipts. It's bizarre that they don't match what the donor receives. Hope there is a fix for that in the works as well.

Unfortunately, we can't use the e-receipting portion of RENXT without being able to edit the PDF. Please make it editable like the email version!

With the new Mastercard requirements, the PDF receipt is unusable. Please add the ability to customize the PDF template ASAP!
Would be nice to have the ability to add our logo and a return portion for donors who still give via check.
We cannot use the receipting function at all without the capability to edit.
