Give NXT Users the Ability to Add Relationships

As our officers meet with donors, relationships come to light. It would be nice if they could add them within NXT while updating all the other info hey gleaned from the meeting without having to wait until they come back to the office to open the classic version of RE.

      We have released the ability to add and edit relationships between existing records in RE NXT web view. On top of that, we also recently released the ability to actually add a new (non-constituent) record if needed during this process. We are working toward the ability to add full constituent records as well, but I'm going to go ahead and mark this Idea as shipped as I think there are plenty others that cover the remaining work (the ability to add a Constituent).
