Relationship Lists in NXT

It is very important to our organization that we can display specific relationships in columns on list. Can this feature be accessed in NXT or added if not?

    We have lists of children and need to see their parent information next to their name. Similar to a constituents spouse column. Or vice versa, see the children names listed by the parent/constituent information.

    It would be very helpful to be able to see organizational relationships (namely employers) in lists. I would love to see relationships added as a column option, with the ability to choose individual or organization and include position.
