This is quite urgent. As the database manager, I need to enter the full details of new organization relationships on behalf of all my users who only use NXT. I want to avoid having them use the database view, as it may confuse them. However, when they interact with a constituent, they are the first to encounter any primary employment changes. This significantly impacts our processes and their effectiveness. Why is this taking so long to address, and why isn’t it a priority?
+relationship addresses!
In NXT, I'd like to have the option to see all of the person's relationships at once. I want to see at a glance which ones are constituents vs. non-constituents. I want each user to be able to sort them so that, for example, the kids are first in the list, and the active employer is next, and... whatever. I want to be able to click on one relationship and choose "Copy to spouse" so that I don't have to enter their children by hand.
Allow us to capture and view industry alongside employment details in NXT, as it is currently not visible in NXT. Standardising this field (e.g. as a consistent attribute) would enable better segmentation and support more targeted communications, events, and fundraising.
Please move employer functionality - especially within the Non-constituent record - to NXT. It is an important field that we need to update in NXT. Currently, it is necessary to update that information in web view.
Education info is editable for non-constituents (thank you!) - it would be helpful to have this same option to edit employment information, too.
Agreed - we also need a way to search on the relationship tile. We can have 50+ relationships on an Org record and going through the tabs of 5 at a time to look for a certain relationship is not efficient at all.
