Please add "Date To" as a filter option under lists

Please add "Date To" as a filter option under lists when filtering on Constituent Code

We query for the current slate of any constituency by using the criteria "Date To" is blank - since start dates vary and some of our constituents belong to more than one constituency, making the filter Primary not a solution either
