Apparently, when building Constituent Lists, you can only apply Date From/Date To (or "as of" in NXT) criteria to non-primary constituent codes. Perhaps there is a reason for this but since our parent universe is segmented based on primary + date from, it really limits what we're able to do in webview. I'm really not sure why this isn't an option since it's long been a basic query function in database view.
