Currently, the Constituent Code filter for NXT Lists pulls lapsed members/old records. Even if a date range is selected such as 07/01/2021 - 06/30/2022, or "this fiscal year" -- it still pulls other constituents who have a Member constituent code, but have old dates or no dates, or dates outside the date range listed in the filter. This renders the ability to have an accurate active members list in NXT available to utilize the auto workflows or marketing emails in NXT useless. As the list of active members is not reliable without a static query list from databaseview. Which means you have to update the list any time you need to email, which means you cannot set up any auto workflows in NXT because it is dependent on manual filtering from database view.

Please FIX THE FILTER so the date range pulls a constituent code ending with a specific date. Such as "Member" constituent code, ending "06/30/2022" -- or even better -- add a Membership filter that will pull all "Active" memberships.
