I was surprised to discover that you can’t organize/create categories for lists in NXT, like you can in the database view. Over time, one would likely have dozens if not hundreds of lists they need to create, so it would be handy to have the ability to sort/categorize lists.
This would be very handy. We need a way for marketing to quickly find Constituent Lists created for email communications (also being able to make sub-categories for those based on consent categories so the team doesn't need to guess or refer to a reference document when publishing emails), for each fundraiser or team to find Lists created just for them, and for me to separate my data maintenance Lists so fundraisers/marketing teams are overwhelmed by the length of saved lists. (making my Lists viewable to just me doesn't work since I have a person who helps out with some of these tasks and the privacy selection is all or nothing).
Lists have quickly become unwieldy due to how many there are even though I regularly clean out project-specific lists. Yes, and it's the same problem with reports! It's all in one drop down and is incredibly annoying when I need to switch between them. I'm having to create static queries from my lists because I can't trust I'll be able to get back to them in web view.
