Database admin needs ability to view all lists within NXT

Currently, the database admin is unable to view all lists created in NXT in one place. This would be very helpful in managing data standards relating to identifying, removing outdated, incomplete or duplicated lists.

    YES! We have so many lists from inactive users and I know I have plenty of lists that I no longer need. It would be great to be able to review/delete them in bulk.
