I feel like the sort feature for lists is not as good in RENXT as in the database view.  In db, queries sorted by name sort on the last name for Individual records -- and on the word or name that is preceded by the "\" symbol in the record of an Organization record.  Everyone seems to want the data downloaded into excel these days - so I do a lot of "sorting" before sending excel reports to my colleagues.
