If you have an active workflow but something small changes (e.g. a link/senior management change their opinion on wording) there is not currently a way to edit it, it would be REALLY useful if there was!
Totally agree - I want to create an annual fund workflow to send out a campaign launch email and then an update on how the campaign is doing a few weeks later but would need to be able to edit the update email in the workflow closer to the send date
Yes this! I guess the only option right now is to delete the workflow and assign a new one but then how do you assure the same people are on the new workflow? Can we query on who is on "workflow ABC"? With lists that update and the option to add one offs manually, there isn't likely to be a static list of who is on the workflow.
Yes, this! I have to edit one small detail in a workflow email and don't want to disable it because it's not that big of a deal, but would love that to be an option
Yes please! It can't be that hard. It's such a pain to have to disable, especially if you notice one small thing that needs tweaking.
