NXT Workflows - make it easier to update email

Currently, if you want to adjust a workflow email you have to deactivate the workflow and then recreate it after making your adjustments to the email. It would be great if you could pop into the email to adjust a link or pic without deactivating the workflow.

      This is much needed, and this idea even understates the problem as it relates to interacting with emails used in workflows. Currently we don't even have the means to review the content of emails being used in a workflow without deactivating the workflow and unpublishing the emails or making a copy of the email.

      After adding this idea I see that this has been brought up a few times... 2-3 years later it's still an issue. Sigh.
