Allow Workflow Emails to Send to static list of email addresses (to be used as notifications)
It would be really helpful for Workflow emails to allow for a specific set of email addresses instead of sending to the records that are found through the workflow query. i.e. I setup a workflow that triggers an email anytime a gift comes in to a specific fund and emails the director of that specific fund/program to know the gift has come in. So in the email designer I would setup the abc fund email with the people to be notified as the recipients and when the workflow triggers, they get the email.

It would be great to be able to have email notifications go out to people who are supposed to complete actions assigned to them when they don't normally have any reason to log in to RE. That way we can have an workflow trigger an email to someone to reach out to a donor, someone like a committee or board member who doesn't normally interact with RE.
