Make participant lists in events dynamic so that when a workflow is applied to the list, new attendees are added to the workflow in real time. At the moment we need to create different constituent lists based on participation status to send an email through a workflow. Adding or changing the participation status does not then add them to the corresponding list and workflow - the list needs to be manually updated and added to a workflow again making the workflow redundant. This would save us time by trusting workflows can be updated with live data.
