Create a way to group all Workflow Constituents added manually to a specific workflow in List

If you build a Workflow without a list and add the workflow manually to constituent records, there is no way in NXT to find all the people you have added to that Workflow. Currently in order to find all the people in one of our Workflows we have to use Query in Database View and search for the specific wording of the Notes Description on the Action that was unique to that workflow.  Awkward!

Hi! If you were able to use NXT Lists to filter by Workflow, would that work for this use case you have described? I was thinking you could use the filter to find all constituents who have been, or are currently assigned to a certain workflow, or multiple workflows potentially. Just want to make sure this would work for you!
