Ability to edit "Male" and "Female" in gender table

My org is changing it's policy on gender recognition. They "... recommend being consistent with the policy and using woman/man instead of female/male because female and male are technically not “genders” but biological sex.” We would appreciate the ability to edit "Male" and "Female". They are currently hardwired and we can't delete, edit, or hide.

    I agree with you Tina !! What we mainly need to do Laura is edit them (e.g. to Male-he/him, or, Female-she/her, for example), OR delete them and add the pronouns as we choose.

    Tina, your database admin should be able to edit this under config in database view. They can even change the label on the field entirely. If they are having trouble with this a helpdesk ticket might be in order.
