Copy Gift receipt templates

It would be useful if the default template could be copied and used as a template when creating additional ereceipt templates. This would save time with information that does not change between templates.

    There are a bunch of requests for this all under different topics. I'm going to see if there is a way to alert someone to merge them, and they will all be upvoted higher.
