Copy Gift receipt templates

It would be useful if the default template could be copied and used as a template when creating additional ereceipt templates. This would save time with information that does not change between templates.

    This would be very helpful and could potentially save hours of work if receipt wording needs to be tweaked for various situations (specific messaging for an appeal, different tax language for event fees versus regular charitable gifts versus QCD, for different office locations, etc) but you need the branding and basic format to be consistent!     There are a bunch of requests for this all under different topics. I'm going to see if there is a way to alert someone to merge them, and they will all be upvoted higher.
