The only ways to open a new case with Blackbaud are 1) Chat with support or 2) Call support. However, these are only available during normal business hours. How do I start a new case outside of normal business hours, when it's more likely to be an emergency?
I suggest Blackbaud adds the ability to start/open a new case by emailing a general customer support email address. This way, we can include screenshots to support our case immediately. We can file the case outside normal business hours and expect a response once their offices open again.
At the very least, we should be able to open a new case in Case Central, where all our active cases are listed.
