Option to add multiple phone types to RENXT Forms
We have finally gotten phone field to be an optional field to be added to the donation form, now we need the option for multiple phone types. If we just allow one phone number we don't know if we should expect it to be home, cell, office, etc.
Admin note: Modified this to cover all forms since the phone types are shared across forms and online registration forms.

This would be extremely helpful, but we would prefer that there be check boxes or radio buttons (cell, work, home) for the donor to tell us what type of phone number they have provided with their donation on the RENXT online donation forms. We don't want to ask for more than one number as we want to make the donation process as easy as possible. It is vital that we know whether the phone number the donor does provide is a cell, business or home, given that we have the ability to text donors, but we can't do so if we don't know whether or not the number is a cell phone number.
Or radial options to tell us which phone number it is...home, cell, work etc
